Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 30, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Vibstack website and services provided by Vibstack ("Vibstack", "we", "us"). Contact: sales@vibstack.com.

1. Agreement

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Our services

Vibstack provides web development, app development, SaaS and API development, IT support, and SEO/GEO services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are fixed for the scope described and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless noted.

4. Payments

Projects are typically billed on a milestone basis — a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery. Invoices are payable within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Deposits cover work already performed and are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access, feedback and approvals we reasonably need to deliver on schedule, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.

6. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

7. Intellectual property & ownership

Until final payment is received, all work remains our property. Once fully paid, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, excluding any third-party or open-source components (which remain under their own licences) and our pre-existing tools. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, plugins, APIs, payment processors). We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies, and their terms apply to your use of them.

9. Warranties & disclaimer

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for payment for work performed up to termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vibstack operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes protections guaranteed to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here with a revised date.
