Privacy Policy
How Vibstack collects, uses and protects your information — written to respect privacy laws worldwide.
Last updated: August 4, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Vibstack ("Vibstack", "we", "us") handles personal information across our website and services. Contact: sales@vibstack.com.
1. Who we are
Vibstack is a web, software and SEO agency serving clients internationally. For any privacy question or request, email sales@vibstack.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Information you give us — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, and any details you include in a form or message.
- Project information — content, files and access you share so we can deliver work.
- Automatic data — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed and similar analytics, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes; to deliver, support and improve our services; to send project updates and, where permitted, occasional relevant communications; to keep our site secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (EU/UK — GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests (e.g. running and improving our business); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to processing. EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) residents have specific rights, including — for California — the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell data). Residents of other regions may have equivalent rights under their local laws. To exercise any right, email sales@vibstack.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our banner, and control cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Sharing & processors
We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, email and analytics providers — under agreements requiring them to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
8. International transfers
As a global service, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the country where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted here with a revised date.
